The 1,700 m2 cellar as you see it today was built in 2008. You will discover 54 stainless steel vats and a barrel cellar buried 20 meters deep. A total of 43 ha of vines with 7 precious grape varieties to produce rosé, red and white of excellence. Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah for red and rosé wines. Then Vermentino, Sémillon and Ugni Blanc for the white wines.
